Suspicious or Fraudulent Transactions
If you suspect a suspicious or fraudulent transaction on your account, take immediate action to secure your account:

Freeze Your Card
- Open the Dora Financial app.
- Go to "Checking Account" → "Manage Card".
- Swipe to freeze your card to prevent unauthorized use.

- Email: Send a detailed report to dorasupport@dorafi.com.
When reporting fraud or disputing a claim, have the transaction details on hand to help our Dora Specialists address the issue as quickly as possible.
Lost Dora Debit Card
If you've lost your Dora debit card, take action immediately:

Freeze Your Card
- Open the Dora Financial app.
- Go to "Checking Account" → "Manage Card".
- Tap the "Freeze Card" button.
This ensures no one else can use your card.

Request a Replacement
- Go to "More" at the bottom right of the app’s home screen.
- Select "Dora Support".
- Choose "Replace Stolen/Lost Dora Debit Card" from the ticket topic drop-down.
- Provide a detailed description and submit the form.
You’ll receive an email confirmation that your request has been assigned to a Dora Specialist.
How to Freeze Your Card
If you notice unusual activity or need to secure your card for any reason:

Navigate to "Checking Account" → "Manage Card".

Swipe to freeze your card.
- If you find your card later and it was a false alarm, you can unfreeze it after 24 hours.
Taking these steps will help protect your account and ensure a replacement is on its way if necessary.
