If you've lost your Dora debit card, freeze it immediately with these steps:
- Log into the Dora app
- Navigate to your checking account
- Tap the "freeze card" button next to the "deposit check" button
Once you've successfully frozen your card, contact a Dora Specialist by:
- Navigating to the bottom right of the home screen and selecting "More"
- Select "Dora Support"
- Select the appropriate topic in this case: "Replace Stolen/Lost Dora Debit Card" from the ticket topic drop down, and leave a detailed description.
- Once you've filled out the appropriate fields, click “submit.”
- You will receive an email stating that your request has been received and assigned to a Dora Specialist.
