How to submit a Request:
- Navigate to the bottom right of the home screen and select "More"
- Select "Dora Support"
- Select the appropriate topic from the ticket topic drop down, and leave a detailed description of your issue. This will result in faster resolution times.
- Once you've filled out the appropriate fields, click “submit.”
- You will receive an email stating that your request has been received and assigned to a Dora Specialist.
