How to Send Money Outside the USA Using Your Dora Account

If you want to use your Dora Financial account to send money outside the United States through services like Remitly or Western Union, here's a step-by-step guide.

 

 

Connecting Your Dora Account to Remitly

  1. Log in to Remitly: Open the Remitly app or website and sign in to your account.

  2. Go to "Manage": From the main menu, select the "Manage" option.

  3. Select "Payment Methods": At the top right of the screen, tap on "Payment Methods."

  4. Add a Payment Method:

    • Tap "Add" to add a new payment method.
    • You can choose to add your debit card or select the bank account option.

  5. Select "Savings Account": If you choose to use your bank account, select the "Savings Account" option and enter your Dora account details.

  6. Get Your Dora Account Details:

    • Open the Dora Financial app.
    • In the main menu, tap on your checking account.
    • Select the "Details" option to find your account information, such as your account number and routing number.

  7. Enter Your Dora Details in Remitly: Input your Dora account information in Remitly, and you're all set!

  8. Start Sending Money: Go back to the "Send" option in Remitly and follow the usual steps to make a transfer.

  1. Log in to Western Union: Open the Western Union app or website and log into your account.

  2. Access Your Profile: Go to the menu at the top right of the screen and select "Profile".

  3. Select "Payment Options":

    • Scroll down and select "Payment Options".
